Beginners Yoga Workshop
(FREE 2.5hr yoga introductory session for newbies)

New to yoga? Been thinking about getting into yoga for a while now but unsure where to start? Wondering if yoga is right for your body?

Come and enjoy a fun, informative and practical FREE Beginners Yoga Introductory Workshop. Designed for those wanting to commence a yoga practice, feel like they have no idea where to start and wanting to understand what combination of yoga class types/styles would be best for your fitness level and needs.

A solid foundation workshop suitable for all levels of fitness (or un-fit as the case may be), health and ages. No prior yoga experience required.

During this yoga workshop (in a warm, non-heated room) you will move slowly through some of the most common beginner yoga postures (asanas). Gain a better understanding of the safe practice and purpose of each posture. We’ll also take a few breaks for discussion.
WHAT TO BRING? Wear yoga gear (shorts/leggings) plus bring your yoga mat (hire mat for $2 or buy at Reception). Bring water bottle and notepad. Bolsters and blocks are available for use in studio. Healthy snacks and tea provided complimentary during your workshop.
